• We are independent of any solutions provider. Often, solution vendors provide their own brand of risk reduction and quality assurance. However, solution vendors have a built-in bias that we don't bring to our engagements.
• Significant experience in working with clients to develop production support approaches to be utilized post-implementation and post-warranty-period (i.e., after the implementation vendor is gone).
• Demonstrated success in project risk mitigation. We've provided these services for projects involving implementations from low six-figures to over $500 million. We have a team of seasoned executives and project managers that have been through implementations many times and are experts at helping clients minimize their risks.

While maintaining an independent perspective, it is critical that an Oversight Consultant build solid, professional relationships with other participants and their processes. On our Oversight engagements, we believe that our #1 objective is to help ensure the success of the project. Some Oversight providers take on the demeanor of "auditors," and seem to continually search for "gotchas" that justify their existence. While we work mightily to identify risks and mitigate them, we do so with the objective of clearing the way to success, not littering the way with obstacles.

In California, Quality Assurance over process is the domain of the Independent Project Oversight Consultant (IPOC) and bluecrane has demonstrated success as an IPOC provider.
