For the Oregon Department of Revenue (DOR), bluecrane consultants led the development of a governance and portfolio management approach for Agency-wide projects, including non-technology projects as well as technology projects. bluecrane worked with DOR to tailor a project management methodology to the agency's needs. bluecrane project management professionals trained over 120 DOR staff in the methodology.
