ABOUT US - TONY VICKERS

Tony Vickers has over 35 years of active involvement in the Information Technology (IT) services industry, including extensive experience as a company director; CEO of a public, international IT professional services firm; an entrepreneur; and an ambassador for the IT industry.

In addition to serving on bluecrane's Board of Advisors, Mr. Vickers is a Director of Allin Corporation and Watchit Media, Inc., and a member of the Board of Advisors of Make Corp. He is a past Director of Computer Technology Associates, Inc., and Computer People, Inc. Allin Corporation is a public company specializing in e-business solutions, IT infrastructure, and interactive media. Watchit Media is a public company that integrates its proprietary network platform and digital media to provide narrowcasting services over the Internet. Make is a private IT staffing firm, Computer Technology Associates is a private provider of IT services and e-government solutions, and Computer People is described below.

Mr. Vickers is also Principal of IT Services Development (ITSD), a results oriented management consulting firm that he established in 1998. ITSD specializes in helping its clients to maximize profitable growth with the effective execution of projects ranging from strategic planning to acquisitions and customer satisfaction surveys.

From early 1996 through 1998, Mr. Vickers was Chairman of the IT Services Division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) - the leading association for all aspects of the IT industry including software, services, system integration, and Internet companies. As Chairman, Mr. Vickers' accomplishments included directing an effective expansion drive and the successful lobbying of Congress and the Administration on key IT workforce issues. He has a continuing involvement as a Director and active member of ITAA.

Through 1995, Mr. Vickers was CEO, President, and a Director of Computer People, a $400 million international IT professional services organization he founded in 1972, and took public in 1987. At the outset, he was responsible for developing the company's service offerings and for its rapid growth to become the UK market leader. In 1981, after further expanding the company's reach into Europe, Mr. Vickers relocated to the United States where he established the company's national operations and subsequently led its acquisition, integration, and ISO 9000 quality programs.

Mr. Vickers began in IT in 1967 as an applications programmer with an insurance company. In 1969, he was recruited by a computer manufacturer as a software support programmer, and in 1970 he was promoted to its consulting division as analyst programmer and then project leader for customers in various industries.

Mr. Vickers is a member of the University of Southern California's Integrated Media Systems Center's (IMSC's) Board of Councilors. IMSC, which is sponsored by the National Science Foundation, is engaged in research, education programs, and industry collaboration in multimedia and creative technologies. Mr. Vickers is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
